The Élan League is open exclusively to women aged 21 and older and men aged 26 and older. We reserve full discretion to accept or decline membership applications to preserve the integrity, quality, and shared values of our community.

    Failure to adhere to these standards may result in immediate removal from the community, without refund or prior notice.

3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and intellectual property related to The Élan League remain the sole property of The Élan League. Members and visitors may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without explicit written permission.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

Any personal information collected through membership applications or participation in events will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

5. Events & Access

Participation in all in-person and digital events is strictly by invitation only. The Élan League reserves the right to alter, postpone, or cancel events as necessary.

6. Prohibition of Commercial Use

The Élan League is a personal enrichment and connection community. Any commercial activity, solicitation, recruitment, or promotion of products or services within the community is strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing.
